The Indian Business Council (IBC) held its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM)on Monday, 14 April 2025 at 18:30at Royal Greens, in the presence of its members and key stakeholders.
The meeting opened with an address by the President, Dr. Suresh Nanda, followed by the formal presentation of the AGM notice and agenda. Members reviewed and approved the audited financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2024 and reviewed the proposed budget for 2025.
A key part of the evening was the election and nomination of committee members, reinforcing IBC’s commitment to democratic leadership and member participation.
The AGM ran smoothly and reflects the Council’s dedication to transparency, governanceand sustained growth.
